All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Please review all product details, descriptions, sizing charts, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Style or preference

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shoplxtha@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will, at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item, or

  • Issue store credit

Refunds will not be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

All items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, size, or design, you must place a new order.

European Union Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union are final sale, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply. Where legally required, applicable rights will be honored.
