Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Shipping is fulfilled by a third-party logistics provider. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

If your location is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to that address at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
